Arch Forum Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Consultancy Firm offering Architectural, Engineering and Project Management that was established in 2003. Other services provided include value for money audits, technical assistance, project appraisal and capacity building. At Arch Forum, we value the quality of services give to our clients and have put in place key performance and design quality indicators.
The mission of Arch Forum Ltd is to become the premier provider of quality engineering and architectural services to all clients. Arch Forum Ltd is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients through quality service and customer support and strives to be recognised as the leading construction consultancy firm in Uganda and beyond.
Arch Forum approaches each project as the continuation of an ongoing inquiry. We have become specialists in finding creative and unique solutions to the most difficult budgets and programs. Careful consideration is given to the appropriateness of design choices in terms of context, program and construction. We are known as architects who link exceptional design with time and budget concerns and a larger commitment to community and quality.
The quality of a project is not necessarily related to how much it costs, but rather how wisely the resources of time and money are spent. We believe in simplicity, which results in flexibility in use and economy in cost. Cost management and life cycle building cost is of great importance. Our work is more about an attitude of mind, defining goals and honoring commitments. In that sense the most important thing is to maintain a philosophy of quality and optimism at all scale levels. Our experience and understanding of cost constraints is substantiated by the fact that over 90% of the projects that we have designed and completed construction documents for were successfully realized. |
